The cozy wrap acts as a connection between the newborn and the thermal pack, ensuring good contact for effective heat transfer. The charged thermal pack is placed in the designated compartment of the cozy wrap, while the newborn is safely positioned in the other compartment. This combined device, with the heated thermal pack and cozy wrap, is used to help regulate the newborn’s temperature.
